  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Decor & More is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be changed.
  • Decor & More reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to: sale items, clearance items, seasonal items, custom-made items, or used products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.
  • We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
